After checking the stock availability and the shipping fee of your ordered items, we will inform you the total cost and the information of the payment by email.
Our prices are indicated in Japanese yen only.
We ship overseas by EMS or FedEx , and will inform you the amount before proceeding your payment.
When postal items are sent to and received from abroad, you may be subjected to customs duty as well as consumption tax according to the sum and quantity of the content.
Additionally, the postal entity of the destination country may charge customs clearance fee.
Please be informed that paying the relevant taxes is the responsibility of the recipient.

We gladly accept payments by credit card, bank transfer or PayPal.
- By credit card: a payment link will be sent to you by email.
- By bank transfer: the bank details will be sent to you by email.
- By PayPal: a PayPal invoice will be sent to you by email.
If a package is damaged during the shipping, or the item is defective, you will get a refund. For a refund, a notification by email is required within 7 days from receipt of the shipment. Please send us the notification including your name, your address, the name of the item and the reason of return, and we will make a further communication with you about return shipping and so on.
If you return it without notification, we might not accept it.
